Swings and roundabouts indeed...

No workout yesterday, life got in the way I'm afraid.  That means of the four days we've done this week, I've only worked out on two of them.  Saying that, however, if I can nail Friday, Saturday and Sunday then I won't be doing too badly.

Feeling pretty good about it all, fantastic meal last night of salmon fillets baked in the oven with pepper and dill only, asparagus and broccoli steamed to perfection and a cheeky bagel for the carbs.

Shedding weight well, belly is tightening up nicely and I feel great.  Really looking forward to smashing a good workout tonight.
