Week one: done.

I liked jumping straight to week two diets.  I feel a sense of achievement in that I'm already one week ahead of where I was last time around.  I know the main focus of the half portions is to get us thinking about the volumes that we're eating but to be honest I was already there.

Week one exercises were a breeze.  Nice to get back on the ropes and nice (if a little punishing) to get back on the pressups.  The abs work was pretty easy too - so easy in fact that I threw in a couple of 8MA just to get the burn.  Looking forward to ramping things up a bit this week.

Good stuff to Nicky and Swee on the blogs, the rest of you need to start getting into bloggage as well, it's what makes this whole thing bearable.
