A River Runs Through It

Last night, on my way home from work, I popped to the great Missouri river in Montana and did some fly fishing with Brad Pitt, Craig Sheffer and the mighty mighty Tom Skerritt.  While I was there I developed a new style of casting, much departed from the traditional 10 to 2, and taught it to Brad for some movie he was doing.

Managed to catch myself a beautiful 16lb salmon which I filleted and had some of for dinner last night with asparagus, broccoli and corn.

Here's a photo.

The salmon was baked in foil for twenty minutes with pepper and dill and then had a further ten minutes with the foil open - to crisp up the skin.  Corn was boiled for 20 minutes and the asp and broc were steamed for 7 minutes between them.
